Welcome to 10 Tenth Avenue! This house is brand new--you can be one of the first to enjoy it this summer. You'll be spoiled by the luxury of this spectacular home and awed by the incredible ocean views from the roof-top terrace. Miles of beautiful beach are just steps away.

We've attended to every detail to assure your comfort. The gourmet kitchen features granite counters, there is a spacious living area which includes a plasma TV, stereo system, working fireplace and much more. Six large bedrooms sleep a maximum of 20 people and each one is fully-equipped with a TV, DVD and cable; all five luxurious bathrooms are tiled.

A complete laundry room is included, along with a pool table and elevator. Linens are provided as are cooking utensils and dishes.

The home itself features hardwood floors throughout, beadboard for a true beach-y feel and soothing wall colors. An additional burst of color comes from the original paintings on display.
